We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. In addition, financing options such as CareCredit are available for major dental work done in our office. For patients without insurance, we offer a VIP Program and an in-office payment plan to help make care more affordable. Our billing coordinator will be happy to discuss any insurance, payment plan, or billing questions you may have.
Burke Dental files claims with most insurance providers as a courtesy to our patients. Co-pays are collected at the time of service, and once we receive payment from your insurance, we’ll invoice you for any remaining balance.
We accept Aetna, Delta Dental, GEHA/UMR, Cigna, United Concordia, United Healthcare, and Guardian. Please call us with your insurance information prior to your visit—we’ll be happy to review your benefits with you.
Please note, your insurance agreement is between you and your provider. If they do not pay within 60 days, the full balance will be your responsibility.
